Starting a company

whats the best way to start a company? I want to start a minicab service, should I buy the office first or register? Who do I register to? Please replly? Question

What I suggest you do is register a company first. There are many sites for this, use google.

Then look for a suitable place for an office, your home is not a good place start. Once you have found it, buy it!

Are you going to use radios? If not devise a system that will allow you to be in contact with your drivers. (I think they use PDA's now)

Talk to your friends, get them to spread the word, that you are looking for drivers.

This is great, but why not start from home? That would be ideal, or wouldn't you need a website as well?
